Since our beginning in 1977, we have been providing cheese and meat smoking services for our customers. Deer Processing

Custom Cuts

During the fall we offer cutting and processing services to hunters fortunate enough to harvest a deer. We accept a whole deer drop-off during normal business hours. No appointment is required.

For those who wish to cut up their own deer and just have us do the processing, we can do that too! Meat must be clean, lean, and boneless to be accepted. Fresh or frozen is ok. We recommend using clear ziplock bags for your trimmings.
